For orders placed via the Website, the shipping method available will depend on where you are located.
If you are classed as a local delivery customer (those with postcode NR1, NR2, NR3) you will have the choice of:
Store Pick Up: Free of Charge
Delivery: Orders under £30.00 – Flat Rate Delivery Charge of £2.99
Delivery: Orders £30.00 and over – Free of Charge
Most local deliveries will be done with our own transport. We expect customers to place an order on day one and we will attempt to deliver on day three unless otherwise notified, subject to payment being made and other terms and conditions met. This is what we expect and is not a guarantee as there may be circumstances beyond our control, which may alter this expectation.
If you are a national customer:
Orders under £60.00 – Flat Rate Delivery Charge £5.00
Orders £60.00 and over – Free of Charge
We use Parcel Force, and My Hermes. After receiving your order on day one, subject to items all being readily available, we aim to dispatch your order on or before day three unless otherwise notified, subject to payment being made and other terms and conditions met. This is what we expect and is not a guarantee as there may be circumstances beyond our control, which may alter this expectation. After dispatch (day one), we expect you to receive the Goods in 48 hours (on or prior to day three). For all deliveries via third party transport, we are subject to their Terms and Conditions, working days for Parcel Force does not include Saturday and Sunday, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. My Hermes deliver 7 days a week. We take no responsibility for delays with the third-party courier for Goods that have been dispatched.

Third party couriers will attempt to delivery parcels several times. If a parcel is returned to us following a failed delivery, we will refund the order minus the cost of shipping.
