We have an extensive range of products including:

  • Confectionary/snacks

  • Kitchen utilities

3) Who do you sell to?

At our London head office, we cater all businesses and individuals.

In our Cash and Carry branch, we only sell to those who have joined our membership. We supply all Trades, Takeaways, Restaurants, Asian Communities and all those love Oriental Foods. We do not expect the general public to purchase in store, however, please do call us or email us so we can discuss your circumstances and what we can do for you. Potential trade customers may be granted a day pass for product browsing to see if what we sell suits their business/trade before joining. Joining our membership is absolutely free. If you are a student from the UEA and join our membership, we have many more to offer including a special 5% discount subject to our terms and condition.

We welcome all purchases if you were to order via this website.

4) Is there a minimum spend to request for a delivery?

Store – London Trade Customers

Store – Norwich UEA Customers

All UEA students there is a £20.00 minimum spend for free delivery within Norwich (5% discount is not valid on UEA student deliveries).

Store – Norwich General Customers

Within 5 miles of our store: Minimum order £30 – Delivery charge £5
Within 5 miles of our store: Orders £50 and over – Delivery charge FREE
5-10 Miles of our store: Min. Order £50 – Delivery charge First 5 Miles FREE, after £1/mile.
10 Miles and further*: Min. Order £80 – Delivery charge First 5 Miles FREE, after £1/mile.
*This will be at our discretion depending on how far you are.

Store – Norwich Catering / Trade and Business Customers

The minimum for delivery is from £150 depending on your location.

Note

For local deliveries we expect customers to place an order on day one and we will attempt to deliver on day three unless otherwise notified, subject to payment being made and other terms and conditions met. This is what we expect and is not a guarantee as there may be circumstances beyond our control, which may alter this expectation.

All deliveries are to be paid in full and advance.

5) What payment types do you accept(in-store)?

This will vary depending on the ordering method. Please ensure that you are happy with the payment options available to you.

6) Do I need an account to purchase from you?

You will need to register an account to purchase from our website.

For instore purchases at our Norwich branch, you will need to apply for a membership. Those who are classed as business/trade customers (trading through van sales, takeaways, restaurant owners, etc.) will be eligible to a membership card subject to presenting some form of ID/evidence of trade upon application. Customers who apply for our membership card will also be given (upon request) a spouse card or employees card to allow other persons to purchase on their behalf. All customers should present their card to the cashier at the beginning of purchase to avoid any complications with relevant discounts (if any).

If you are a Norwich UEA customer, you may apply for a student membership.

It is not necessary to have an account with us at Pentaluck Limited to begin with, however it is advised that you do register for an account at a later date.

8) What if I have a complaint.

We constantly strive to provide an excellent service to you, and we welcome your feedback. We’re committed to dealing efficiently and effectively with complaints and we take them all seriously. However, our commitment doesn’t stop there. We record, evaluate, and analyse our service so that we learn and improve.

We will be very sorry to hear that you have something to complain against us, however, in all circumstances, please do contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues or matter you may have.
